CONTEST & PRICE CONDITIONS:

1. Contest is for a Home Staging® Consultation only.
2. The winner will have 10 days to claim the prize. After 10 days of notification by email, if the prize is not claimed, it will be forfeited and another name will be drawn.
3. The Staging® must take place within 30 days of claiming your prize. If the Staging® is not used within 30 days, it will be forfeited.
4. Every email received before midnight of the last day of the month of the current contest will be entered into the draw. Emails received after that will be entered into the draw for the following month. One e-mail per person or family.
5. By accepting the contest prize, the winner agrees to have his first name, the name of his town, and before & after photos of his House posted on our website.
6. The Staging® must take place in Kansas City or Metro area.
