Move out Cleaning

That includes deep Cleaning monthly or bi-monthly depending on your needs.

That includes deep Cleaning every month and a half depending on your preference.

Free Consultation
With your permission we will meet at your Home for a consultation that generally lasts between 30 and 60 minutes. During the consultation the following items will be discussed:
We’ll review your Household needs as well as Odiv Cleaners Policies, Service Guide, Payments, Schedules and answer any questions you might have. A sample Home Cleaning Plan, complete with Room-by-Room Checklists, will be developed and available for your review within two business days.  (If this is part of a Home Sellers Package the Checklist will be available with the Staging bid.)  Once reviewed, approved and signed we will arrange a date for services to begin. Emergency information forms will be filled out.

A set of keys or form of entry is to be provided to Odiv Home Cleaning upon the signing of the Service Contract.   Please keep in mind that the Consultation is a time for all parties to meet and share information regarding the servicing of the Home.  Not all Cleaner-Client matches are appropriate; therefore we reserve the right to decline services.

Odiv Cleaners Will:

  • Give you a set time for your Cleaning, with a one-hour variance to allow for traffic and road conditions.
  • Complete all services described in the Home Plan, and leave a completed Plan on the dining room table or other designated area.
  • Use environmentally friendly and non-toxic cleaning products upon request and for a small mark-up in price.
  • Dispose of chemicals in a utility or other sink that you designate.
  • Bring in mail and newspapers if asked to do so.
  • Send a monthly newsletter via e-mail to inform Clients of vacation dates and other news.
  • Maintain Client House keys, Home Plans, and Alarm Codes in a locked cabinet at the residence of the owner.
  • Odiv Cleaners DO NOT:
  • Provide service during the summer months to Homes without adequate air-conditioning.
  • Provide service during the winter months to Homes without adequate heating.
  • Provide service to Households with un-supervised pets (please gate or crate your pet).
  • Provide service to Households during the times that the House is occupied by un-supervised children or teenagers.
  • Provide services other than House Cleaning; please feel free to inquire about referrals for vendors of other services.
  • Operate washing machines, dryers, stoves, trash compactors, or other electric, gas, or kerosene appliances.
  • Operate your motor vehicle
  • Throw circuit breakers or replace fuses.
  • Let in service people such as water meter readers, UPS drivers, and so forth.
  • Feed pets or Clean up pet accidents or cat boxes.

We also do not:

  • Access your phone or answering machine.
  • Exchange keys with anyone other than the contracted Client.
  • Use any chemical Cleaning product not specified in writing.
  • Sell or share residential or e-mail addresses, names, or telephone numbers with any other company or organization.

 

Initial consultations are free of charge. Odiv Cleaners offers a 10 percent discount to senior citizens and Veterans.
