Before, these plants covered the window and made the roof feel low. A more interesting seating arrangement really hepled this room. Moving the plant to the side of the room with the high ceiling draws attention to that height.

Here you can see the magic that happens simply by cleaning and de-cluttering this bedroom.

We turned this back into a dining room! We also removed the lattice from the wall and removed some of the excess furniture.

Before, this room was much too cluttered for the average buyer. You want the buyer to be able to imagine their own things in the room.

This Patriotic themed room was hidden by the mess.

This living room was made to look much more classic and beautiful with Staging.

The green checks were too distracting - a simple, pretty theme made a big difference in this bathroom.

It's always good to let light into a room, and draw attention to a lovely view.

The retaining wall added definition to this yard.

This was transformed from a plain side yard to a lovely little path.

By making the bed, raising the blinds and removing the exercise equipment this drab bedroom is turned into a Master Suite.

A small plastic table with a plain sheet and tapestry makes a nice vignette. By adding a few accessories this kithen has potential in the buyer's eyes.
